Cancellation Policy
At Ithaca Animal Hospital, we strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. In order to achieve this, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and CareCredit.
Cancellations / Missed Appointments
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, however, we kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A missed appointment with no notice given or less than 48 hour notice of a canceled appointment will require $60.00 to be paid prior to making another appointment. This deposit is non-refundable should you fail to keep your next appointment or fail to give 48 hour notice of callellation.
Late Arrivals
We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive 10 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will kindly be asked to reschedule your appointment.
